      Acryo TL-1.5K top-loading cryocooler

      Acryo TL-1.5 K is a high-efficiency top-loading 1.5K cryocooler featuring simple operation, rapid cooling, high cooling capacity and lower base temperature. When replacing samples, there is no need to heat the entire refrigerator to room temperature. The sample can be quickly replaced by sample rod. It can not only quickly cool conventional solid film samples, but also effectively cool low thermal conductivity samples or irregularly shaped samples (powders, liquids, diamond anvil cell, etc.). It is also the first choice for rapid screening of quantum device samples.

      Acryo TL-1.5K have a variety of options, such as choosing GM or pulse tube refrigerator with different cooling capacities, lower temperatures, larger inner diameter sample tubes, lower vibrations, compatibility with superconducting magnets, optical windows, optical sample rods, AC magnetization inserts, rotation sample rods, vacuum type sample rods, He-3 insert and dilution refrigerator inserts, etc.

      Examples

      1、Acryo TL-1.5K Cryocooler with a 65 mm ID sample tube, compatible with a 14T superconducting magnet. The base temperature of VTI is less than 1.45 K and the base temperature of He-3 insert is less than 270mK.

      2、Acryo TL-1.5K is designed specifically for neutron scattering experiments, featuring a 61 mm ID sample tube with a vanadium window. A programmable motorized vertical translation stage and rotation stage are integrated at the top of the sample tube, enabling vertical movement and axial rotation of the sample rod.

      3、Acryo TL-1.5K adopts the patented cold head suspension damping technology, and incorporates high-performance flexible thermal links and rigid support structures for vibration reduction to achieve ultra-low vibration. The system is equipped with a compact tail section for compatibility with electromagnets.
